The Zambelli CF43 is a professional grade 40x40 plate filter designed for the small winery. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel, with 30 food-grade polypropylene plates providing a filtration surface of 4.8 m2, this filter is built to last a lifetime with minimal maintenance and consistent output of up to 5100 liters (1350 gallons) per hour. The included Crossover Plate (or "Inversion Plate") enables more than one grade of filter sheet to be used simultaneously- a process called "Double Filtration". The heavy-duty stainless frame features a drip tray, large wheels for sturdy mobility, dual pressure gauges, a sight gauge for monitoring clarity, and 1.5” Tri-Clamp inlet and outlet. Pump not included.
