These sight glasses have 1 1/2" TC ferrules and use a piece of Lexan plastic tube as the glass. The Lexan resists cracking, is inexpensive and easy to replace. The glass is loose in the stainless steel housing until clamping a TC gasket and ferrule to each side. This lightweight design is simple with no connection rods to bend or nuts to strip.
