A cap punch down tool is used to manually break the cap in a bin or tank. This helps to keep the cap moist and extract colors and flavors into the wine.


Rugged punch down tool at a fantastic price. Exterior 1" diameter 304-type stainless tubing is polished to a mirror finish. Bottom disc is 10" in diameter with four large holes to decrease pressure during punch down.
