A simple pressing system that uses water pressure. It enables the user to get a very high yield of juice with little effort. Maximum pressure is 42 PSI. Pressure develops evenly toward the outer cage throughout it's whole length. A painted aluminum lid and basin are available in the models 40, 80 & 160 as an economical option. Pressure: 3 Bar.
